VGM - weighing of trucks and containers
We also have a truck weighbridge on site that meets all international standards for weighing trucks and goods. We have adapted to the new SOLAS provisions (IMO - Notice MSC.1/Circ. 1475), which oblige shippers to provide the Verified Gross Mass (VGM) of containers prior to loading onto the vessel, and have updated our IT system, processes and equipment. We aoffer a weighing of containers service in accordance with Method 1 (SOLAS Convention 74/Chapter VI, Provision 2.4.1.).
